All Geyimchy items are crafted to order. This means each piece is produced specifically for you once your order is placed.

Shipping is complimentary on all orders. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Returns
Because each item is produced specifically for you, our return policy is as follows:
- •Defective or damaged items: Full refund or free replacement within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with photos of the issue.
- •Wrong item received: Free replacement shipped immediately. No return of incorrect item required.
- •Size issues: We offer one free exchange for size within 14 days if the item is unworn and unwashed.
- •Change of mind: Not accepted for made-to-order items. Please check size guides before ordering.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination.
